What I Wore to the Rhododendron

I can’t believe it is Friday already! Today I wanted to share with you the outfit I wore to the Rhododendron restaurant at the Breaks Interstate Park this past weekend.  If you have never been to the Breaks Interstate Park you should definitely add it to your bucket list! It is often referred to as the “Grand Canyon of the South.” It has many amazing views and it is the perfect place to hike, picnic, and camp. And….there’s an awesome restaurant called the Rhododendron where you can get some tasty foods!

I already know what you’re thinking…”why did she wear a dress to the park?” Well, we ate at the Rhododendron after church last Sunday so we celebrated Father’s Day with some of the special men in our lives and we didn’t have time to change clothes before we went.

I decided to wear this colorful dress from Versona. I love this dress because it is flowy and comfy and easy to move around in. I also think the gold details on this dress are awesome.

I figured since the dress had gold details on it, I should probably incorporate gold tones in my accessories. I decided to wear my gold gladiator shoes that I got from Belk a couple of years ago because they are super easy to walk in and I thought they would be perfect for an easy day at the park.

I also wore two gold bracelets that I got on sale at Versona a couple of months ago. I have been able to incorporate these bracelets into a lot of different looks and outfits.

I decided to wear my hair up this day because I knew it would be hot at the park and I didn’t want my hair getting in my face and bothering me.
